He was predeceased by: his former wife Marlyn; and his siblings, Muriel and Jim. He is survived by: his daughter Cara (Labrador); his wife Denise Hines; his children, Caroline Nicholson (Jon) and John Gill Hines; his brother Tom Hines; his bonus-childrens, Jennifer Gorsuch (Tim), Patricia Snell (John), Joanna Heffron (Brian) and Steven (Alison); and his grandchildren, Tylar, Jake, Colton, Emma, Trenton, William, Caitlyn, Jaylin, Brennon, Patrick and Azalea. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.
