He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neil Dye and Mildred Grace Dye; and his brothers, Kenneth, Clyde, Tracy, Neil and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dye (Klema); his son Gabriel; his daughter-in-law Pricila of Texas; his granddaughter Kaitlyn of Texas; and his sister Elizabeth Bailey of Nevada. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
