He is survived by: his wife Lois Borba; his children, Martha Borba, Doug Borba of Tulare and Dean Borba (Donna) of Tulare; his grandchildren, Denette Westbrook (Todd Jr.) of Bakersfield, Cory Borba of Tulare, Drew Borba of Tulare, David Borba (Krista) of Tulare and Dylan Borba of Tulare; and his sister-in-law Ethel Borba of Tulare. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
