He is survived by: his wife Josephine Phillips Hernandez; his children, Ruby, Dolly, Bonnie and Manuel Jr.; his grandchildren, Amy, Tiffany, Jonathon, Roseann, Grant, Amanda, Cameron and Mason; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Anthony, Reid, Adrina, Henry, Kingston and Charles; his great great grandchild Elowyn; and his siblings, Grace and Alex.
