Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Di Chiara Funeral Home (300 Main St, Lodi, NJ 07644). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Jason's college fund would be appreciated.
