It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carleen Jerrel (Moreno Valley, California), born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Carleen may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Jean and Charles H. Hodgson; and her husband Charles W. Jerrel. She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Garner, Sandra Byer and Jenifer McKee; and her pet Winston. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Miller-Jones Mortuary and Crematory (23618 Sunnymead Boulevard, Moreno Valley, CA 92553). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:45 PM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518).
