He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Oxley and Helen Oxley; and also Bill. He is survived by: his brother Bill; his wife Judy Martin; his children, Bill Oxley (Lianne) of Toluca Lake, Cynthia Rude (Bobby) of Aliso Viejo and Heather Davis (Greg) of Moraga; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Vivian Oxley of Los Angeles, Liam, Wiatt Oxley of Toluca Lake, Carlyn, Chloe Rude of Aliso Viejo, Kyle, Rebekka, Samantha and Addison Davis of Moraga; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Annie Oxley of San Diego; and his brother Jim Oxley of Fullerton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nephew.
As his last gift of service in support of humanity, Paul donated his brain to dementia research through UCLA's Gift of Hope program.
