She was predeceased by: her daughter Amy Polse Schock. She is survived by: her husband Elliott; her daughters, Sydney, Wendy and Allison; her great grandchild Jim Shock; her granddaughters, Skylar and Shelby; her sister Suzie; and her siblings-in-law, Norman Fox and Claire Fox.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Patsy's memory, may donate to the City of Hope or Guide Dogs for the Blind.
