He is survived by: his wife Carol Joanne O'Brien; his children, Erin Bakonyvari (Peter), Leo O'Brien (Vandy) and Sean O'Brien (Debra); his grandchildren, Ryan, Cayley, Truman, Katie, Nolan and Matthew; and his cousins, Bev, Judy Haley, Jim and Joe Murray. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
