She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pasquale Starble and Lucia Starble; her husband Bill Regan Jr.; her children, Bill Regan III, Kevin Regan, Debbie Regan Ossman, Doug Regan, Diane Atkins, Brian Regan, Michelle Malin, Laurie Flaherty, Sean Regan and Michael Regan; and her sister Clare Sullivan. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, spouses; 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Vera's name be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
