He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Shannon and Myrtle Watrous McAfee; his wife Patty Wellman McAfee; his sister Ruth Jones; and his parents-in-law, Roy C. Wellman, Sr. and Thelma Wellman.
He is survived by: his friend Poppie; his children, Michael McAfee (Jenny), Timothy McAfee (Amy) and Marcie Carrier (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Sophie, Zoe, Gracie Carrier, Kate, Molly, Lily McAfee, Ian and Colin McAfee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Those wishing to make a memorial gift in his name are invited to consider the Salvation Army or a charitable contribution of their choice in lieu of sending flowers.
