He is survived by: his mother Faith Collins-Beety; his brother Garrett Collins; his sister-in-law Terhi Collins; his grandmother Carol VanWoerkom (DeeDee); his aunt Grace; his uncle Hubert Allen; his cousins, Evan and Noah Allen; his stepfather Malcolm Beety; his nephew Onni Collins; and his uncles, John (Suzanne Collins), Jim (Susan Collins), Ted (Robin Collins) and Bob (Becky Collins).
