He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrio Cuellar and Julia Fernandez. He is survived by: his former wife Frances L. Duran; his wife Nadine Cuellar of Seaside, CA; his children, Norma Jean Alvarez of Chula Vista, CA, Julia Charfauros (Joe) of Spanaway, WA, Cindy Rodriguez of Marion, IA, Katie Licon (Randy) of Spanaway, WA, Dorothy Flores of Newark, CA, Lawrence Cuellar, Jr. of Marion, IA and Paul Cuellar (Tera) of Dyersville, IA; his stepchildren, Maria Tate (Michael) of Marina, CA and Will Chaty (Albertina) of Marina, CA; and his sister Ruby Banuelos. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
