He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; his parents, Ruth Forsberg, and Edwin Forsberg, Sr.; his siblings, Viola Oliver and Edwin Forsberg, Jr.; his nephew Grant Forsberg; and his niece Sandra Erickson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dianne Erickson (Gary) of West Boylston and Douglas Forsberg (Martha) of Wilton, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
