He was predeceased by: his father Emilio Vasquez; and his sister Mercedes Melgoza. He is survived by: his mother Nelly Vasquez; his wife Rosalie Vasquez; his children, Margaret, Joseph (Anna), Paul (Jennifer Briscoe), Veronica Solano (Paul) and Carol Ibarra (Ricardo); and his sisters, Lupe Perez, Teresa Guess and Maria Mendoza. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
