With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Hitomi Okamura of Montebello, California, born in Boyle Heights, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2024 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his wife Masako; his parents, Toshiyuki Okamura and Chiharu Okamura; his sisters, Grace Hori and Dorothy Shigeoka; and his sister-in-law Yoko Babaoka.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael, Robert (Marie) and Steven (Theresa); his siblings, Toshikazu Okamura and Catherine Ibaraki; his sister-in-law Sadako Fukuzawa; and his grandchildren, Christian Okamura, Ryan Okamura, Nelson Saravia, Joshua Rose, Michael Rose and Dylan Rose. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
