He is survived by: his spouse Florence Pavlicek (Bunny); his children, John (Kim), Paul (Kari) and Mary (Randy); his grandchildren, Bryce, Rachel, Courtney, Joshua, Benjamin, Michael, Sage, Rebekah, Seth, Noah, Samuel, Bethany, Nathan, Timothy and Jonah; his great grandchildren, Ida and Emery; and his sisters, Fran and Sharon.

Jul 10, 1934 - Dec 5, 2018Thomas Allan Houldridge passed away the morning of December 5, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer's and Pulmonary Fibrosis.
