He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Brooke; his granddaughter Amelia Kay Brooke; and his brother Richard Allen Brooke. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Brooke; and his children, Ben Brooke, Tyler Brooke, Summer Brooke, Nicole Brooke, Stephen Brooke, Levi Brooke and Zachary Brooke.
