He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Decker; his siblings, Lorie Holderman (Danny), Joey Decker (Lorma), Jeff Decker (Tina) and Terry Decker (Cindy); his stepmother Mary Embry Decker; his stepson Bruce Parks (Nancy); and his stepgrandchildren, Travis Parks (Elisabeth), Tiffany Foster (Daniel) and Whitney Thomley (Aaron). He is also survived by nine step-great-grandchildren.
