He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dennis, Linda Collins and Jay Evans. He is survived by: his parents, Darryl Evans and Denise Evans; his daughter Allyson Evans; his grandmother Janet Evans; and his siblings, Jessica (Joe Adams), Kaitlyn Evans, Kymee (Jimmy Leggieri) and Becca (Mitch Swensen). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
