He is survived by: his son Philip; his parent Cynthia Cooper; his siblings, Jesse Rangel and Carrie Gann; his siblings-in-law, Stephanie Rangel and Parker Gann; and his pet Sissy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
