She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Meitner and Edna Meitner; and her husband Jack Raley. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Raley, Debbra Toler (Jeff) and Scott Raley (Stephanie); and her sister Sharon Kelsey. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
