He was predeceased by: his parents, Vina Marie Guthrie Morris and Roscoe Talley; his stepfather Wayne Morris; his siblings, Wayne Talley, Mary Ashcraft and Gerladine Monk; and his granddaughter Xoe Talley.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Talley; his children, Jack Talley (Adriana) and Tisha Zamora (Jesse); his grandchildren, Landon Zamora, Xander Talley, Lexi Zamora and Xavier Talley; and his siblings, Carol Talley Deeter, Betty Fretwell, Barbara Talley and Tom Talley.
