With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Pauline Gabbard of Modesto, California, who passed away on May 31, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Whitworth and Lavina M. Whitworth; her brother Edward; her sister-in-law Ethel Whitworth (Dot); her sister Sarah (Sally); her brother-in-law John Mahan; and her parents-in-law, Clarence and Lucille Gabbard.

She is survived by: her friend Lemoyne R. Gabbard; her children, Robert and Cheryl; her husband Lemoyne R. Gabbard; her daughter-in-law Kathy Gabbard; her grandchildren, George Essex (Billy) and Crystal Essex; her great grandchild Kaitlin Ide; her granddaughter Misty Romero (Javier); her son-in-law Ron Fowler; her grandchildren, Scott Fowler, Brett Fowler, Chelsea Fowler and Courtney Burton (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Staci, Graci and Logan Burton.

Per Grace's wishes, no flowers are requested. Any donation should be made in her name to any charity of choice.
