She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Johnson and Mary Julia Johnson (Bradshaw); her son Brian Fuertes; and her sisters, Dorothy "Dottie" Lynch (Waymon) and Mary Fay Hopper (Bill).
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Fuertes and Lori Palomares (Ted Akizuki); her grandsons, William and Bennet Palomares; her former husband Jack Fuertes (Jack); and her siblings, Doris Ezell (Tom) and Marvin Johnson (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
