He is survived by: his wife Tina Overdevest; his daughters, Laura Balsbaugh (Phillip), Michelle Flory (Craig) and Vanessa Kinzie (Brendan); his siblings, Philbert Jr. (Nancy), Edwin (Carla) and Diane Bettencourt; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane St John, Gail Lawrence and Robert Overdevest (Pam). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
