He was predeceased by: his brother Mike Kuper. He is survived by: his wife Inshik Kuper; his sons, Tony Kuper and Matthew Kuper; his stepchildren, Eugene Chung and Ingrid Chung Nishimoto; his grandchildren, Caleb Kuper, Hannah Kuper and Nova Chung; and his siblings, Patty Kuper, Randy Kuper and Rick Kuper. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the O'Connor Mortuary (25301 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hills, CA 92653). A reception will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lutheran Church (24231 El Toro Rd, Laguna Woods, CA 92637).
