She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. William J. Von Bank and Frances Von Bank; her siblings, William Michael Von Bank and Elizabeth Herzog (Kenneth); and her grandchildren, Matthew T. Courtney, Dustin J. Courtney and Melissa R. Courtney-Chamberlin.
She is survived by: her husband William George Courtney; and her children, Craig W. Courtney, Brian T. Courtney (Debra), Rosanne Saycich (James), Bret E. Courtney, Claire Mayer (Rudolf) and Monica M. Courtney. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
