She is survived by: her children, Gail Broyles of Adair, Mike Karpuk (Sandra) of Boulder, Paul Karpuk of Mission Viejo and Patricia Ingram of Claremore, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Christina Shear (Mathew Jessika Haukness), Mark Ingram and Brandon Ingram; and her great grandchildren, Colton Shear, Abbigail Shear and Makenzie Haukness.
