It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick John Hasselkus of Mission Viejo, California, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hasselkus and Helen Hasselkus; his half-brother Howard; his sister Judy Oberski; and his brother-in-law Gary Kruse.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Judi Appelhans; his children, Jason and Ryan (Amanda) of Mission Viejo; his grandchildren, Jaden, Avery, MaKayla, Sterling, Ainsley and Eleanor; his sister Mary Lou Kruse (Elmore); and his brother-in-law Joe Oberski of Lambertville, Mi.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
