O'Brien; her children, Todd O'Brien (Las) of Grayslake, Thad O'Brien (Patty) of Sterling, Toby O'Brien (Jill) of Rock Falls and Trish Tejeda (Alex) of Mission Viejo, CA; and her sisters, Lyn Olsen (Rick) of Rockford, IL and Margo Chattic (Leonard) of Montgomery, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
