It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Ryba Soto of Mission Viejo, California, born in Lankin, North Dakota, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ryba and Mary Ryba; and her siblings, Alice and James. She is survived by: her brother Charles (Norma Ryba); her children, Ralph Restadius (Lori) and Michelle Mitzel (John); and her grandchildren, Ashlee (Rich), Connor (Kristine), John and Rob.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the WFL-Kosobud Cemetery.
