He was predeceased by: his wife Consuelo; and his grandson Matthew. He is survived by: his children, Leonardo Jr., Yolanda, Alex, Steve and Jake; and his sisters, Celia Angiano and Maria Madragon. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
