He was predeceased by: his father Everardo Gutierrez Sr.. He is survived by: his child His; his mother Cecilia Gutierrez; and his siblings, Diego Gutierrez, Everardo Gutierrez Jr, Bonifacio Gutierrez and Denise Gutierrez. He is also survived by his many Nieces and Nephews.
