He is survived by: his wife Marie Francis Blacci; his brother Vincent Di Maggio; and his children, Sam Di Maggio, Joe Di Maggio, Donna Di Maggio Urban, Dianne Di Maggio and Albert Di Maggio. He is also survived by four Grandsons, two great granddaughters and one great grandson.
