He was predeceased by: his brothers, Alex Ortega and Arthur Ortega; and his former wife Patricia "Patsy" Pearsall Espinosa of Fontana. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Espinosa and Deborah Espinosa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
