She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Hartnett and William Hartnett; her husband Dean Clarence Phillips; and her siblings, William Hartnett Jr., Eugene Hartnett, Joyce Miller, Virginia Grainger and Robert Hartnett.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Daylon Phillips (Elaine), Timothy Craig Phillips (Christie), Janet Gail Aguilar (James), Jill Ann Infantino, Antonio (Tony), Brian Patrick Phillips (Marcy), Sherry Lynn Lemos (Michael), Christine Hendricks and Pamela Coolidge (Roger). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
