He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Xavier Channing Slavik and Blake Thomas Slavik; his brother Tony; his father Thomas Slavik; his father-in-law Rodolfo Queano; his wife Michelle Queano Slavik; his mother Gail Valpreda Slavik; his brother Anthony Slavik (Ali); his mother-in-law Joanne Queano; his sister-in-law Monica Kotila (Queano); and also, Astrid and Ndume. He was also cherished by cousins, extended family and friends.
