He is survived by: his sister Sharon Booher Johnson; his children, Kelly Jo Mayes (Alan) of Lexington, KY, James Patrick Booher of Maysville, KY and Laura Leigh Summers (Bill) of Lexington, KY; and his grandsons, Braden Mayes, Ian Mayes and Wiley Summers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
