Thelma Anne Wybenga Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thelma Anne Wybenga (Merced, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lautenbach and Anne Lautenbach; her husband Sam Wybenga; her grandson Joshua Pickard; her siblings, John Ray Lautenbach, Judy Kooiman and Evelyn Jongsma; her brother-in-law Martin Jongsma; and her cousin John August Jansma.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Wybenga (Shelly), Terri Ramirez (Greg), Mike Wybenga, Valerie Vlot (Dirk), Julie Galindo (John), Sandy Scheidt (Rob), Stephanie Wybenga and Alysa Flores (Albert); and her brother Chuck Lautenbach (Marianne). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Gateway Community Church (353 E Donna Dr, Merced, CA 95340).
