He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Gaspar Rugani and Ceasarina Rugani. He is survived by: his wife Frances Rugani of Merced; his children, John Rugani (Tammie) of Merced, Steven Rugani (Sonny) of Vancouver, WA and Barbara Kyser (Mark) of San Jose; his grandchildren, Natasha Marsh of Taylor, TX, Mitchell Rugani of Merced and Megan Rugani of Oakland; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Rugani and Roarke Marsh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
