He is survived by: his aunt Gene; his spouse Ruth Carol Jackson; his former wife Ruth Carol Johnson; his children, Shanna Johnson (Frazier), Eugena Frazier and Edward Frazier II; his children-in-law, Kevin Johnson and Melissa Frazier; his grandchildren, NaTasha Frazier, Melynie Smith, Patrice Smith, RaShawn Johnson, Najee Frazier, Cameron Frazier and Kyra Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Noa Frazier, Bryson Robinson, Nya Frazier and Ryan Frazier.
