He is survived by: his children, Aurora Vinci (Lucian) of Oakland, Sylvia Valdez (Lynn) of Merced and Dan Valdez (Kelly) of Broomfield, CO; and his grandchildren, Alena and Austin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
