It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis E. Kottmeier of Mentone, California, who passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Dennis had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Dennis may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Archibald Kottmeier and Virginia Kottmeier (Elliott); and his grandson Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline M. Kottmeier; his sister Marlene Gust (Mike); and his children, Shawn Kottmeier (Diane), Sasha Kottmeier (Wendy), Shyla Brewster (David) and Shaney Carr (Chris). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
