He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Delain Shepard and Mable Lee Robinson Brown; his daughters, Sonya Renee Tabb and Regina Felice Shepard Williams; his wife Devora Lee Wilson Shepard; his brother James Brown Sr. To; his grandchildren, Tabitha Dunn (Christopher), Erinn Byas, Dion Shepard and Alexis Shepard; and his great grandchildren, Lennox Dunn, Irie Dunn and Harper Dunn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Victoria Thomas (Nathaniel), Marva Thorpe (Joe), Valinda Sampson and Randy Shepard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518).
