He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey L. Hougen and Carrie Elizabeth Hougen (Bellamy). He is survived by: his wife Caroline Knowles; his daughters, Amy Hougen (Tomi) of San Francisco, CA and Lori Hougen Post (Christopher) of Winchester, CA; his granddaughters, Reneé, Charolette and Amanda; his sister Connie Birks (Jerry); his friend Caroline Hougen; and his brother-in-law Jim Knowles.
