He is survived by: his brother Jose; his nephew Juan Carlos Araque; his wife Martha; his sons, Luis, Diego and Christian; his daughter-in-law Maria; his granddaughters, Sophia, Elena and Luciana; his siblings, Lucia (Donato) and Pablo (Donato); and his sisters-in-law, Patricia, Maria and Olga. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
