He was predeceased by : his parents, Maria Villegas and Jesus Villegas; and his brother Eloy. He is survived by : his siblings, Jesse Villegas of Sacramento, Manuel Villegas of Fresno, Lupe Villegas Vallejo of Firebaugh, Josie Villegas of Mendota and Janie Villegas Llanez of Fresno.
