She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Paul Affa and Sofia Julia Affa-Stewart of Redondo Beach, CA.. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Carey; her sons-in-law, Jack Carey (Denice Notter) of Oxford, PA and Chuck Notter of Arcata, CA.; her grandchildren, Mark, Robbie, Bonnie Carey, Cassandra Kartashov and Sara Wagner; and her siblings, Steve Affa (Anita) of Idaho, Roger Affa (Marilyn) of Colorado and Joice Prince of Idaho. She is also survived by her many cousins and friends.
She experienced congestive heart failure the last few years of her life, but it was exposure to COVID-19 that took her life.
