He is survived by: his daughters, Kristen Anaya (Tim Giles) of Marysville and Chantel Polmanteer Smith (David Smith, Sr) of Bethlehem, GA; his grandchildren, Ohnalies Smith, Sebastian Anaya, David "DJ" Smith, Jr. and Dorian Anaya; his great grandchild Kash Watkins; his sisters, Joanne McNiff and Jacqueline Batham; his nieces, Kimberley McNiff Self, Tammy McNiff and Lisa Singleton; and his stepchildren, Dean Wooten, Todd Wooten and Dana Graning. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family.
